Tech Grants

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. I’m considering buying a new phone as having a reliable phone helps me manage my day-to-day needs and my autism. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice on the best way to go about getting support towards the cost of a new phone?

  • You probably don't need a flagship top-of-the-line smartphone. Most mid-range phones are more than capable, as they often have the same tech inside as last year's flagships. Refurbished phones can save you even more, though you need to know what you're after first. And it will probably work out cheaper in the long run to buy a phone outright then get a SIM-only data contract, rather than going for a deal with the phone included.
