I’m feeling a bit off at the moment. The seasonal change and the light and sounds . Light seems to be affecting me more than in the summer. Got some sunglasses but feeling a bit nervous and discombobulated. Cold, sensitive numb at times. I just wondered if anyone else feels this way or at this time of year? General fatigue but eyes ears head specifically.
Best to consult your GP but also keep posting on here. I often find that, if I feel under the weather, posting and looking at other messages makes me feel a lot better, despite whatever else is going on. Communication with empathic people is often as good as a bottle of pills and has no side effects. Hope you feel better soon.
