Hello im struggling being social in group i usually like days out with my friends but my battery is dead now.
Im currently leaving in a house with housemate who moved his girlfriend and never asked and shes so loud and ive told them so many times i need help ive few breakdowns sorry for my rant
This sounds like a tough spot to be in. It doesn't sound like you are having a rant you are just explaining what's happening for you. It sounds like you have tried to address the situation with your house mate already maybe you could try again and this time he may hear you and realise the situation is causing you some distress.
