Does anyone think sending a young child to a boarding school causes irreparable emotional trauma that haunts the child for life?

  • Well it wouldn’t be my way of doing things. I found sending my children to school 10 minutes walk away for 6 hours a day quite traumatic to start with! I wonder it would be interesting to see what teenagers think of going. Some of them might love it with all the extra curricular activities available.
