Hi, I often start singing songs out loud in a group once someone has mentioned a certain subject that reminds me of that song.
For example, my daughter mentioned that she wanted to go to a Japanese restaurant for her birthday meal so in front of the group I just started singing ‘Turning Japanese’ by the Vapours.
This sort of thing happend a lot more frequently than I would like it to but I just blurt it out and start singing.
So it isn’t a direct word for word repetition, it is a keyword or phrase that somebody has spoken, that I then go to a song that is in my head and start singing out loud.
