Ive got ASD and now recently Joint ADHD

I got diagnosed with Autism on the 23/3/25 and now recently ive also been diagnosed with both ADHD types, (joint ADHD) on the 8/9/26. So now i have ASD and ADHD, apparently its not uncommon to have both but i thought i only matched up to the inatentive ADHD not the Hyper version, but i can see how they overlap. It means i can get medication now to make me focus more. 

Do i still qualify to use this site with both diagnosis?

Has anyone else on here got both?

Does having both affect your status more at work? 

If you have both how have you dealt witj it? And,

What experiences have you got with the medication ?

  • I have both, I’m incredibly hyper active even at 61, it’s like a contradiction having both, one seems to temper the other down , I crave order and try so hard to achieve order and tidiness but in the end it all becomes once again a total, complete, unorganised mess.
