Monochrome photos

This is quite niche, but  inspired it by describing monochrome photos as 'deliciously moody'.

Please share any favourites, be they yours, family or those of others.

  I hope that you might join in too, as you shared a lovely black + white photo on the 3 things thread.

I shall start with one of my own.

    It was a single twin rail track, the line in the centre is a much more modern drainage challenge. The fencing on along the sides are also a fairly modern addition (2012) as a number of people attempting attempted/committed suicide, apparently it peaked in 2011 where it averaged one person every two weeks (according to a web search).

    It beautiful structure with an epic view but it's obviously tainted with tragedy.
