Monochrome photos

This is quite niche, but  inspired it by describing monochrome photos as 'deliciously moody'.

Please share any favourites, be they yours, family or those of others.

  I hope that you might join in too, as you shared a lovely black + white photo on the 3 things thread.

    This is the Bow Fiddle Rock on the Moray coast in Scotland. An acquaintance of mine lives in the nearby village and dashed out to take this photo during a snowstorm one winter. The monochrome is simply the weather's grey-out.

    I once saw a grey-out myself while the train I was on passed Birmingham. It's quite dramatic when land and sky are the same shade of grey.
