TV Program 7up.

I’ve been following the series over the last 40 years or so, a group of 14 people are interviewed every seven years from the age of seven in 1963, this two parter will be the last as they have now reached seventy. It started as a nature or nurture experiment as they are all from different backgrounds, some from very privileged backgrounds and some very working class.

Sadly two have passed away plus the original interviewer. I believe it’s scheduled for the Autumn.

  • The people featured in the series are of the same generation as me (almost exactly, I was born in 1957) and I've always watched it - I can even remember watching it on our black and white tv when I was 7.  Poor Neil, such a happy little chappy then.  I really felt for him at every later stage of his life and can identify with much of his experience.
