I have been listening to the neurodivergent insights podcast with Dr Megan Anna Neff ‘ the real story behind rising autism rates’. I recommend it as positive antidote to some of the more unsettling narratives about autism in the media recently.

I’ve listened to 1800 Seconds on Autism and found it quite interesting., there are some good interviews with autistic people, Fern Brady’s was very good. I think it’s all on BBC.

My favourite has been Aut-hour with Sara Gibbs, Sara is a late diagnosed author who interviews a different autistic author each week. I went on to listen to their autobiographies and other work as audiobooks afterwards
