I have been listening to the neurodivergent insights podcast with Dr Megan Anna Neff ‘ the real story behind rising autism rates’.  I recommend it as positive antidote to some of the more unsettling narratives about autism in the media recently.

are there any good podcasts that you can recommend?

  • I like The Missing 20%. It’s each week about different aspects of neurodiversity. Sometimes science based, sometimes lived experience. Very easy to listen to and always interesting.

I also like a podcast called Self Help. It’s a guy called Scotty talking about mental health while he walks in the countryside. He is autistic. I listened to this series while walking myself when in a difficult patch of my life. I might listen to it again.

  • They sound really helpful, I'm going to check them out.

For OP,  I did listen to Dr Neff's earlier podcast called Divergent Conversations. I didn't listen to it all in order, but jumped around the seasons of topics as it suited.
