Advice on how to cope with autistic burnout

I was diagnosed with Autism at 23, I’m now 27, even though having my autism diagnosis has helped me a lot, in understanding myself, I really struggle with neurotypical people misunderstanding me and not understanding how I process the world, even if I explain it as best as I can, I find this exhausting, does anyone have any advice for dealing with burnout from this?

  • I am having the same issue.

I find that watching the same programme over again And playing a game that's easy can take your mind up of all sorts of things.

Give your brain a chance to switch off even if it's for an hour a day, this prevents burnout.
