Hello,
I am 55 years old and I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD with a further recommendation for Autism assessment. I am pretty sure that I am AuDHD. I have done some reading and it was a revelation. I could see so much of myself laid out in print.
I noticed that this forum is very active which is both encouraging and daunting at the same time.
I look forward to joining in some discussion in the near future.
