LCWRA assessment - dreading it

Not long ago i had my pip assessment ( assessor completely altered many of the things i said so ive listed it all in  A letter and officially complained ) - no points awarded as is usually the case so now ive gone for a mandatory reconsideration. A couple of days ago i  rang to get the email to send more LCWRA evidence as ive recently  been assessed by talking therapies and they believe some cbt may help me . The doctor has also prescribed yet another antidepressant for me to try after multiple others failed. As i requested the email to send new  evidence to, the gent on the phone said "oh you are near the top of the list now your assessment should be anywhere between a few days to a few weeks time "  This has now triggered massive anxiety and panic as ive been on fit notes for a long time i have my autism assessment coming up soon and lots of help from the GP , social prescriber , health coach and a therapist . Im suffering massively with sensory overload especially hearing ( which is causing panic attacks if i try to go out )  , i cant socialise with feeling destroyed physically and mentally after , add to that lots of other issues and there is no chance i could cope in a work place . I'm worried as the pip assessor just seemed to dismiss my issues as non existent or important with comments like " he says hello to a supermarket worker once a week so is fine to interact socially " my concern is that the LCWRA assessment will be the same things over again . I'm dreading the phone call and wish they would do a paper assessment but im pretty sure that wouldnt work out any better for me.

Any advice appreciated .
