Hi , I was diagnosed yesterday with ASD at a late age and this morning feel totally out of my depth with it all. I need to stop all my detrimental coping mechanisms ive used all my life,but really don't know where to start. Does anyone here go to in person support groups?
I was diagnosed about 5 months ago and I'm still working up the courage to attend an adult autism group in my town - it only happens once a month and I think I might finally do it...
