My sister went to pick up my Dad with my uncle yesterday & found him dead on the bed. I am in shock.
My Dad is gone & is now a photo.
Can't stop crying.
How do I get through this?

I'm so sorry to hear that. My own parents are elderly, and I'm dreading getting similar news.
The NAS does have some advice (including links to other resources) - I hope something there is helpful:
You keep on crying and grieving, be kind to yourself a cornerstone to your life has just gone and it will take a while for you to stop feeling wobbly. There's no right or wrong way to grieve, just feel what you need to feel, share it with family and don't be afraid to laugh at good memories and eventually you'll remember the good times more than the shock of his passing, which I'm guessing was sudden and unexpected? The next few weeks will probably give you some more answers, like what caused his death, which may give you some comfort.
