Hi all my names dom , I made a post a couple a weeks ago detailing some-of my struggles etc. but now as a late diagnosed 34 audhd, I wanted to share my exciting news that I had confirmation Im moving out of my mums for the first time and in to supported accommodation next Tuesday! Having a very stressful few months feeling too poorly to support myself by working (physical and mental health conditions) I’ve also received a text from dwp confirming I’ve been awarded pip today also , I feel so much relief and hope that my future doesn’t seem as scary as it has for the past - how knows long. I wonder if anyone is in /has been in similar position to me and any helpful things that help things not feel too scary and overwhelming for you? all the best everyone Dom :)
