Helping a friend

Hi there, can anyone help please or point me in the right direction..  I have a friend who in my opinion is autistic and has learning difficulties but has never been diagnosed and wouldn’t appreciate me saying anything along those lines. But she is struggling in quite a few areas of life and I don’t know what to do … I have tried to signpost her to certain agencies but it hasn’t worked … it’s such a shame because I believe she should be getting more help financially and support etc but is there anything y more I can do ?

    Welcome to the forum. I understand this can be tricky and you sound like a very supportive friend. I think the best you can do is to keep pointing them to agencies or supportive places. Our website has information about financial support and where to seek support. But also we have a lovely supportive community. 

    Thank you for being a supportive friend and I really hope your friend finds the support taht she rightly deserves.

    Thank you so much Anna … I will keep doing that … I know if she went to somewhere like the CAB they would see the issues and probably help her get the right support but it’s very tricky when they feel they don’t need any support and are struggling .. I’ll keep trying .. thank you Relaxed️
