Feeling younger than everyone else

I'm not sure if anyone else feels this way, but I feel as though I am the youngest one there even though I'm one of the oldest? 

I was in a work meeting the other day and just felt like I was a junior worker who was there on the first day even though I'm one of the more experienced workers. I can't quite explain what I mean but I just feel a lot younger than I am in certain professional situations.

    I feel like that most of the time, I find most people my age really boring and younger people far more interesting, many of my tastes in music, politics and clothes are far younger than my years. Although I do feel ancient when when younger friends treat me as an historical object when I tell them I remember the first moon landings and stuff like that, also when confronted with tech, buy people older than me who are so fluent in it and can't understand why I'm not.
