Help, Co-pilots shut me out

It won't let me back on until I sign in with either google, apple or microsoft, as far as I know I dont' have an account with any of them, not do I know how to make one. I've been using it quite happily for a few weeks now with no bother. This is on my pooter not a phone, my pooter just came with microsoft and google I don't think I've ever had to sign into them. I don't know what to do?

  • I think I wrote my phone number down somewhere, or I could phone my house phone and get the number from that.

I changed my phone provider a couple of days ago and couldn't get it to work and had to take it back, apparently I had the sim card in upside down, how you'r supposed to know which way up the fiddly little thing goes I've no idea. Now I have all the fun of putting all my numbers back into the memory, those that I have!

It all seems to complicated, it's all made to sound so easy, but there are always problems, at least they have kept my old number, which last night I thought they'd lost, which would of triggered an explosive meltdown.

It's all part of my love hate relationship with technology, more hate than love to be honest, I miss the days when you could just plug stuff in and it worked.
