Ok so I've screwed up and have sought advice from CAB

Is the below ok to put on a journal entry - unsure how formal

"Just a quick update: I had a meeting with Citizens Advice on Friday (29th May). They are helping me out at the moment and should be getting back to me sometime this week.

I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything from them "

  • Sounds alright not knowing the context.  If UC have given you a deadline for a response to something,  explain that you have contacted CA for advice/assistance/help and are unable to give your response until they come back to you/you see them (again). Ask if tjey can put whatever on hold until you come back yo them /delay for now.
