Thanks to some community members who volunteered their time recently, the proposed fix to the broken thread issue has already been tested and we know it works. Our technical team have requested that the platform providers update the production server which should put an end to these errors. We can advise that the update is imminent.
We will have to also rewrite all the platform's automated emails at this stage as they revert to the rather aggressive and distressing wording in which members may be accused of "abuse" if their post enters the moderation queue. Please bear with our IT team whilst they try to fix these issues.
