I am very sorry but l am not sure if l can recommend this for help with ADHD .
But l just noticed and thanks to all of you for helping me not to give up because l am old.
But there's podcasts today talking about ADHD with specialists on the hdhd uk page.
If you didn't have the finances to buy a ticket then there's a option to get a ticket free by clicking on the free tickets at checkout so not really sure how to do it myself but l will give it a go and see if l will learn anything.
