What would you do with a million pounds?

I would llike to live alone with cats in a nice house with a large garden. 

I'd grow plants. Tomatoes and orchids etc. Maybe by the sea. I'd like a sea view in Cornwall or Wales. Maybe a house in Lundy.

My cup would be full. I'd want for nothing.

I might go to Turkey just to try their kebabs. A holiday once a year would be nice. I'm in pain, but I'll try to do it.

What would you do with the cash?

  • I don't want the responsibility of owning a home or looking after a garden or pets, so I'd try to find a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and a balcony with a sea view, first floor with lift, ideally with no other apartments above, to rent. Or a small 2 bed detached bungalow with a low maintenance courtyard garden in a quiet area. And buy a new sofa, tv and PS5.

    That's all. Then I can continue my retirement happily reading and playing video games.
