Brain clutter,

I was going a session with my neuro-divergent therapist and I mentioned brain clutter from when I talk to or interact with people, which gets stick in my brain. This brain clutter doesn't happen when I am in sessions with my therapists because the space is purely for me. So I don't take on any of there stuff.

I was just wondering if anyone else deals with this brain clutter, like pieces of other people in your brain. I get this just from walking passed people. I usually wear sunglasses so I am protected from the sun, but when I walk passed people I have to take the sunglasses off to let the brain clutter out and its bigger when I talk with people.

  • I'm AuDHD-i and trying to hold onto a train of thought can be quite challenging. I trying to plan what I need to say and hope that I'll not disappear into some random tangent.

I don't really know how to explain just how busy by head often is, it's not really overlapping voices or coherent thoughts, it or if a buzz, a bit like the sound a harddrive makes when it's spooling up.

I've just started stimulation meds and the effects are really subtle (unfortunately), I was hoping for so much more clarity. Early days I suppose.
