Research background
My name is Elise Panks, I’m a postgraduate researcher completing the Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East Anglia.
Who can take part?
We are inviting new parents, who have given birth in the past 12 months, to take part in an anonymous online research study exploring experiences of parenthood, specifically: thoughts that can occur during the postnatal period.
What does taking part involve?
- The survey takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete
- Participation is voluntary, anonymous and confidential
- You can take part online, at a time that suits you
- You have the chance of winning a £20 Amazon voucher
- We welcome those who are formally diagnosed, self-identify and those who have autistic traits but no formal diagnosis
Your contribution will help us better understand and support new parents.
This study had received ethical approval from the University of East Anglia Research Ethics Committee.
