Hate my Autism
I'm sorry it's really hard sometimes isn't it.
Last week I had a several times were I just couldn't do pretty basic stuff to connect with people. It can make you feel rubbish as you know other people could just manage it fine.
Sorry you're feeling so low with it.
I wish I could go back and get my job back, but I suppose it's too late now

ok - but consider it for a few days. I really hope things work out for you .
thanks but I don't think it would help
I don't know. You explain the problem to them and see if you could jointly come up with a solution. If they're willing to give you an appointment for this, that would be a sign they might take you back. At least, discussing the issue[s] with them might also clarify for you what you want.
head of hr i mean
what would they be able to do?
Then is it worth going back? Or could you get help to overcome it ? I wonder if it might be worthwhile asking for an interview with the head of HR?
I might have to face it again, or be in a similar situation
You could ask to go back - I did that once, successfully. BUT - ask yourself first why you left. Was it spur of the moment or something you would face again, if you went back?
