I had a reasonable adjustments meeting recently. I haven't received what I expected after this meeting. I am now being asked to finalise these on Tuesday afternoon, when I only have half of the information and the meeting only was arranged today. I tried to push back and say I needed more time to prepare for the meeting but I was told I'd have plenty of time to prepare on Tuesday morning before the meeting and I knew I would have this meeting coming up. Well yes I did but I'd have expected more notice AND time to prepare without doing it over the weekend. I have shared I have a processing delay aswell.
Access to work will contact me soon. I explained this and asked could we not wait until they have done a reasonable adjustments assessment? I think they will want to do one as I have requested a coach.
I'm totally confused. Is anyone able to share the usual process ie what happens after the meeting and who is supposed to do what please - ie a link containing this information? I also have anxiety and knowing what is going to happen in advance is really helpful.
