Recently become unemployed (I resigned) due to mental health

Idea for where to go now including support for unemployed people, what I should focus on,  etc

I'm trying not to think too much about years to come trying to focus on here and now and getting my life back together again but at moment I don't see how I can

    You and I are in the same boat, or very similar (with a Major difference between us -that's another story though). I'm also rather 'fairly new' to this situation. My main recommendation/ advice is see if your job centre has an 'Employment connect' scheme and see if that could help you...
