Im so ill mentally.

Hi, I have undiagnosed Autism and I’m very ill mentally. I need help but not from NHS. Whats been done to me is wrong. I didn’t do anything wrong to anyone. I shouldn’t have been on any medications. I wasn’t bothering anyone.

What Cinnabar said is great, and those links are really helpful. I saw your message and wanted to comment to see if you needed any help. I think this community is wonderful with that.

You don't have to suffer in silence. We want to help. Maybe a support group or something on meet up might help?
