Im so ill mentally.

Hi, I have undiagnosed Autism and I’m very ill mentally. I need help but not from NHS. Whats been done to me is wrong. I didn’t do anything wrong to anyone. I shouldn’t have been on any medications. I wasn’t bothering anyone.

    I have an idea of how you could feel about the NHS as Im diagnosed with c-ptsd and one of big abusers was the mental health teams over many years. I cannot go back to them even though Im certain I need therapy.

    So maybe take a look at the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) website. They a list of accredited practitioners and many are now skilled at working with neurodivergent clients. Whist some are expensive there are some who take on clients with limited income.
