2 son diagnosed finally after 4 years on pathway

Hello, 

My eldest son who is now 15 was diagnosed with ASD aged 4 and despite a very challenging few years he is doing great. Then my husband was diagnosed ASD 3 years ago and now my youngest age 12 has just received a diagnosis. Just not sure how to feel about it all at the moment, its like im in shock but im not. Like I feel down about it but I dont. Just sitting here and trying to take it all in. Guess im just wondering if there is anyone who is in the same position as me with multiple close family members with a diagnosis.

    All 3 of my children have been diagnosed ASD, one of them has a dual diagnosis with ADHD. I strongly suspect my youngest will too but she is only 6 so can’t be assessed. 
    My husband has struggled since a young age but never assessed for any ND concern, there is clearly something there though.

    When we are all together it is extremely difficult to maintain any calm as all the children are at varying stages of meltdown and then my husband has one too.

    It is so difficult sometimes. I am currently dreading the school holidays as it will be like a war zone at home. Cry
