Can you have autism and have normal speech?

I was rejected on my first assessment because I didn't have winded speech, echolalia and something else I was able to communicate effectively but I suffer from executive function, sensory processing, meltdowns, changes, routine struggles abd i can't look at people I can act normal for short period and only time I let my real self show if when im online with discird friend's who've put up with some amount of crsp tbh from me. I get hyper with them speed fast, talk over them and constantly say and do weird noises. I talk about subjects I like I get a bit to much into and it annoys them. I fet upset over jokes at times not always and struggle with sarcasm. I don't hold back and say what comes to mind abd it seems to upset them along with apparently i sound angry alot when im not trying to be but seems to be I can only act like this infront of online people but not even my iwn parents just the I've been brought up and severe bullying in school abd constant threats from people over years abd in college for no reason I put up a act to be normal and copy people over time I seemed to have gotten really good at it. Worst part is how do I explain this to professionals who only look for common symptoms of autism?

  • All outdated ballocks, some autistic people are esteemed professional actors, with Oscars, who play Shakespeare on stage. I rather suspect that they are well above average on the spoken communication front. The people who assessed you are incompetent, go elsewhere, if you can.
