Am I In The Right Job?

Hi all, mid 30's, diagnosed in July last year.

Previously worked as a store manager in the technology industry (consumer sales) and was made redundant after the business closed my location. Kinda accepted I wont go back into management. The pressure stresses me out.

Last year I went back to this job but as a consultant. I've enjoyed the "lack of responsibility", but still have many days where I'm not enjoying it/feel overwhelmed. Not sure which it is as I struggle differentiating the two.

Am I in the right job?

I'm VERY good at Auditing stock/investigating issues but I think I'm out of love with the whole dealing with the public side. Recently our stores auditor has been LTS with physical health and I have stepped into his role 2 days/week (I usually work 5). I enjoy this work but get frustrated when I'm pulled off of it to serve customers (due to lack of staff). I get this is probably my autism and lack of structure. Problem is its hard to have a conversation with the manager in question on this as they previously knew me before diagnosis, so I think they still see me through that lens.

I have an OH referral in place already as we wear headsets to communicate in store and quite frankly I'd rather phone in sick than wear them.

With the Stock counting job this stops at the end of march and there aren't enough hours in this role to do it for the 30 hours/week I need.

I have no "qualifications" to start/pursue a career down auditing so don't really know where to go from here.

Am I in the right job? Is the grass not greener on the other side?
