hi wondered if anyone here was under a cmht.  im having real issues with communication and getting them to understand what im saying.  it so frustrating like im talking a completely different language.  im guessing it my autism but im not sure maybe its them just not hearing me.  they said if i see a psychologist they might be able to understand what im saying better but its them that are not hearing me and understanding.  me seeing a psychologist surely wont make them hear what im explaining to them any better.  im mute so can only write which doesnt help but they ask me a a question i write my answer down and when they reply they have totally misunderstood me.  what would you suggest.

    I hope that some of the advice and experiences from other members of the community is helpful for you- it is great that you have reached out for support over this. 

    It sounds really difficult that they haven't understood what you meant and it must be frustrating to feel unheard by the CMHT. It may be worth writing your concerns and thoughts in an email so they can think over what you have said before responding. 

    I have included the NAS guidance on  Autism and communication in case there is anything helpful advice for you to take a look at.
