I have a 24yr autistic son who has got worse throughout the years. He doesn't like deciding words, will not look or talk to my partner or even be in the same room as him (this didn't used to be a problem). He is very mute with me apart from when he wants something. He will not get dressed for me, i have to pass him his clothing and tell him what to do with them step by step but he will dress himself for his dad and he doesn't like to be left a lone in the house during the daytime
