How do you get a job as a spyware watcher?

Hi, I would like to become a spyware watcher. Does anyone know how to become one?

I think I would be good at the job. I’m always isolated and like to be alone 90% but would love to work in this field. I could work from home.

Since it’s something I could actually do. But not sure how much the pay is and also I would need trained in some areas. 

Any ideas?
