If you select Accessibility options at the top of that page (which is part of the NAS's main website), and then Colour Theme, you can change the colours to, for example, a black background.

Unfortunately, the same isn't true for the online community pages.

i done that now but the pdf pages still too bright ill have to take your word for it

i will definitely have to do this
