Oh this is a lovely term: real world communication. I am the same, feels new if I read myself back but it is helpful to see if I was blunt or something. Such a great technique!

I think it is more likely due to flow state writing. You can be very focused and store weaker memories

This is useful info though. If you can see it is ambiguous or too blunt, then you can learn from it too. It can help your real world communication.

I might not remember exactly wat I've posted on here if I've not seen the thread for a few weeks or months, but it dosen't take me long to pick it back up again.

Memory is a strange thing, somethings I can remember in minute detail, somethings I seem to remember but its like I've plucked it out of thin air and other things I just don't remember at all, like C&P I know I've done it loads of times, but everytime I do it is like the first and I still end up loosing stuff into the ether. 

I can only understand and remember what I can visualise, and often I can visualise something quite complex, like Pi in its infinity, but I can barely add up there are no images.

Stress can stop memories, but threat mode can reinforce them. Trauma stuff can be frozen, if not processed.

I remember scenes and images, but words not so well. I think that is partly normal.

Issues with working memory can be an autistic trait. I think this is due to stress and how calm you are.

I have been doing some mental arithmetic puzzles. When calm there are easy, when not calm they take a lot longer. It is like a proxy for how regulated I am.

Sometimes I read things later on and think oh reading that now it sounds entirely different to how I meant it to come across….or I didn’t realise I was that funny. Or most of the time I think that’s a bit to short and too the point (people don’t seem to like that) I need to add more fluffy words 

I think it depends on the state of my mind when I write and what else I'm doing. If it's responding to a few things together I can lose track.

If you write a lot of your thoughts out when chatting with ai, maybe it's easier to lose track of what you said were?

When I read the section of my report that I did in person, there was some details that I could not remember happening at all which was really weird. I got very confused, and then some detail jogged my memory that I realised it did happen, but all I remember is being so hyper stressed everything was feeling hazy at that point (or was best the beginning i think). So I think I've blocked some of it. Memory is strange.
