I have started hearing voices that dont exist and its scary its like somebody is yelling at me all the time, anyone know why this could be?

I’ve been dealing with hearing voices that aren’t really there, and it’s scary. I don’t fully understand why it’s happening, but I do know it’s not something to ignore. If this were me, I’d talk to a doctor or a trusted adult as soon as possible and explain exactly what’s going on.
