Merry Christmas

I'm kicking back drinking coffee  on my 4th one today. Hey anyone tried the new powdered form of caffeine it's often in preworkout scoop drink mixes or caffeine pills. They say this concentrated form of caffeine is much more potent and acts faster and stronger than regular caffeine in coffee. I might try it one day I'm always into uplifting things.

What a heartwarming story. I’m so glad the man, Ronnie Lockwood found that lovely family and was able to live a happy and productive life surrounded by love. Although he had paid employment and contributed by doing some of the usual jobs that need doing in a family home, his main value was just by being — being was his worth.

Merry Christmas, everyone. I may not be feeling the Christmas mood this year, but I'm grateful to reach it without losing my mum. (She almost died from the flu a few weeks ago)
