Christmas shopping

Hi I have actually started my Christmas shopping earlier this year as it’s a lot less stressful and as I’m working as a Christmas temp in a school kitchens I get paid weekly and I can do my shopping in phases. Has anyone else started there Christmas shopping and do you find if stressful or relaxing. 

Parents

  • I have done most of mine now - just got to get some chocolates for friends and work colleagues - then will wrap them up to give out next week. 

    I managed to get my Mum’s Christmas present in August lol. It’s a necklace to match a set of earrings I bought her for her birthday last year lol.

    Dad’s was fairly easy too - just a new wallet and some socks that Mum said he wanted.

    Got my 2 best friends a couple of little gifts - but will get them some chocolates also as they’ve been really supportive of me this year with everything I have been through - ASD diagnosis and also (more worryingly) the actual results from my liver tests.

    I am currently writing out all my Christmas Cards (in between serving customers) - so hopefully I can finish them this week.

    Other than that - I am pretty much done. Which is good - as I know what chocolates I am buying so will just be a case of going straight to what I need, paying and then leaving - I’m not keen on shopping, so try and just do it in small bursts.
