Christmas shopping

Hi I have actually started my Christmas shopping earlier this year as it’s a lot less stressful and as I’m working as a Christmas temp in a school kitchens I get paid weekly and I can do my shopping in phases. Has anyone else started there Christmas shopping and do you find if stressful or relaxing.

  • We no longer exchange presents, only cards, since we already have plenty of things. I enjoy sending my friends a Christmas card along with a mini calendar (a free gift from the chemist), and this year I included a lace Christmas decoration.

    One of my friends' birthdays is on Christmas Eve.

    I've also made the tough decision to stop keeping in touch with someone because of my memory issues, which are due to a brain tumour that’s getting worse. To keep it brief, I sought advice from my support group. It’s really sad, but I have to do what’s best for me.
