If Name Blindness is a thing is forgetting where you are going also a thing?

Is there a name for forgetting how you are going to get where you’re going either on foot or by car?! I’ve done this since I learnt to drive (40 years ago) and have to try to think of the place I’m going (sometimes that’s really hard to visualise) and then think back to where I am now to work out my route. If that doesn’t stick I have to keep doing it over and over again on the journey. Does anyone know if this is an autistic thing or just me?

  • You don't have Dyslexia too by any chance? I saw Chris Packham's Inside Dyslexic Minds, and the woman on that had problems like that? Sorry if that's not you, I hope I haven't offended, it just reminded me of that, though you'd have to see it if it's anything like you describe, sorry.
