Reasonable adjustment my foot

My wife has vascular dementia and is fading fast. It has been going on for three years now. To say my life is stressful is an understatement.

So I tried to get to see a GP. Instead if getting an appointment, I was given the script by a telephone receptionist despite me saying "my wife is dying and I don’t have the mental strength, I need to see a doctor.  So I hung up.

Next day I get a threatening letter claiming I was "rude and condescending" and that if I continued to "use unacceptable behaviour" the practice manager would have "no choice" but to deny me access to GP services.

I made a formal complaint to the practice setting out my situation and medical history including a diagnosis of bi polar disorder which was totally ignored. So I wrote to the PHSO. They have said the GP surgery haven’t done anything "sufficiently wrong". And that if I consider they should make reasonable adjustments I need to take the matter through the courts.

What can .i do when faced with such Establishment brush off?
