Ongoing repercussions from first public meltdown.

Hi everyone.

I posted a while back about having my first public meltdown in my front garden & a neighbour

who knew I was autistic making it all about her even though it was nothing to do with her &

got her husband involved. Well since then when I walk down the communal path & he is out

side regardless of where I am on the path he will start walking on it ,even if I am 1/2-3/4 of

the way up, meaning I either have to turn around or step off the path into my or others

gardens so he can carry on.

How would you handle that. I have kept very composed ,not lashed out or had a meltdown

but it is stressing me out & sending my anxiety into overdrive. The irony is he works for the

NHS in a non medical role
