Are you neurodiverse or work closely with neurodiverse individuals in the legal world?
Hello, my name is Taz Brookes. I am conducting a PhD study at Birkbeck School of Law, University of London, exploring neurodiversity, anti-discrimination law, and inclusion in the UK legal profession, education, and justice system.
I am inviting participants to complete a short, voluntary online questionnaire (approximately 10–15 minutes). Participation is open to anyone aged 18+ who is UK-based (or has UK legal experience) and identifies as one of the following:
- Law student or graduate
- Legal professional or tribunal staff
- Litigant-in-person
- Legal educator or Equality, Diversity & Inclusion professional
Neurodivergent individuals from ethnic, cultural, or faith-based backgrounds are particularly encouraged to take part.
All participation is voluntary and confidential. The research is ethically approved by Birkbeck, University of London, and I am registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller, ensuring all personal data is handled in full compliance with UK GDPR.
Your insights could help shape the future of equality and inclusion within the UK legal system. To take part or learn more, please contact:
