Hi, first off I am new here. I am autistic myself and have 2 children who are also autistic. However I am seeking advice on a professional level.
I am a support worker who works and support adults with learning, physical and mental disabilities. I support a gentleman who is close too 40 and just began to have sexual urges. Normally we would support him with the correct education. However his behaviours are becoming extremely inappropriate, he will become obsessive over young woman, complete strangers. He will touch them inappropriately, find out where they live/work and manipulate some staff into taken him to these places. He will find them on social media, he will call their work places. Causing issues in tgeir wirk place and will become violent, mainly himself if anyone tries to remove him from the situation. We have tried mental health services and also parents. They However have just placed him on more medication. The parents offer no consequences to these actions and will still be taken to these places.
I am after some advice on how or where to get advice and education to help him better understand these behaviours are highly inappropriate. Mental health service are useless, just more drugs. I would like to try some sort of education or therapy as an alternative.
