Sleep problems

Can anyone suggest how I can sort out my sleep cycle? I can't get to sleep until around 5 or 6am most nights and then, when I do fall asleep, I wake up again within 30 minutes or so and have to start the whole process of trying to sleep again. As a result, I don't wake up until lunchtime or later and I feel as though I've missed most of the day. This has become a major problem for me since I retired from work and it's making me so tired that I can't seem to get motivated to go outside of the house. It's a bit difficult to unravel how much may be due to ASD and how much to my Fibromyalgia, so I'm at a loss. I've tried all the usual NHS advice with no success.
