Propranolol

I took a beta blocker a couple of times in the past, but it was prescribed for hypertension. It also helped with anxiety and shaking (which was an issue when I was younger), but my doctor wasn't aware of those issues (I didn't tell them). There were side effects like low heart rate and poor performance in aerobic exercise like running. I was kinda happy (albeit more anxious) when it was stopped, as I felt more like myself.

I've used it in the past. It was a slight help for physical symptoms like shaking but to be honest it wasn't really worth it.

It really didn't do anything for me, I felt a bit light headed for the first few days but that was really it.
